I was so excited when the great people at Bondi Bands wanted to send me one of their headbands to tryout. Knowing that I am training for the Disney Princess Half Marathon, they sent me a Bondi Band with a tiara on it—so cute! Bondi Bands are no slip, no drip headwear so you can look good and get on with your life. The price on Bondi Bands is very fair at eight dollars each.
To make sure I could give you an accurate review, I have been using the Bondi Band for about a week now. I have worn it during a long run, as well as a spin class. The most important thing I was looking for in the Bondi Band was that is stayed put during my entire workout. I always wear a headband when I work out to hold back all my long, thick hair. I HATE when I have to slow down and readjust it. I am happy to tell you that the Bondi Band did just as I had hoped…no readjusting during a long run or an hour spin class. This is a huge plus for me.
Bondi Band headbands are cute! I have to admit it, I am a girlie girl. I like to look cute when I work out. The Bondi Band looked good on me while I worked out and even after. I often run errands on my way home from the gym. The Bondi Band kept my hair in place and looking good during and after the workout. Since it does not look like workout gear, I felt fine wearing my Bondi Band to the bank and the grocery store on the way home from the gym. The Bondi Band headband is made out of Lycra, so it wicks sweat. Like many of you, I am a sweater when I work out. The Bondi Band held back the sweat from running down my face! Over all, I really like my Bondi Band and plan on getting a few more.
The best part of my Bondi Band review is that the nice people at Bondi Bands want one of you to try a Bondi Band free! That’s right; I am doing a Bondi Band giveaway! To enter the giveaway, you must be a follower of this blog. Here are the ways to enter the giveaway:

I like a lot of them - I couldn't find the "I love running, I hate running, I love running, I hate running" one, but it's the pic of the glow in the dark category. It's exactly how I feel during my warm up.
ReplyDeleteAfter that, I like the Will run for beer, and I run so I can drink.
I also liked them on FB.
I'm SO glad you're back to regular Blogging!!! :-)
I like the Rockstar one and the pigtail pirate.
ReplyDeleteI already liked BondiBand on Facebook.
I tweeted this give away and posted it on facebook.
And, of course, I am a follower :)

I went to the Bondi Band site and could not find the tiara band either. I ask my Bondi Band contact if they are still available and she assured me they are, in a variety of colors. In the search box, type in tiara and you will find them. Good luck everyone!
ReplyDeleteThe tiara ones are in the "sayings" category, which is the second option when looking at bondi bands. I saw them this morning.
ReplyDeleteI liked the Relax one though :)
I follow you on Google Reader!
ReplyDeleteI love the tiara one. I would get the teal one. I'm training for the 2012 Princess Half too!!
I tried to tweet using the link, but it didn't work so I wrote my own tweet. :-)
These are so cute! I think I'm going to order some of the tiara ones and iron-on some sparkles :-)
ReplyDeleteOf the patterns, Darla Dot is my fave!
I'm following the blog. I liked Bondi Bands on facebook. My favorite ones are the black band with the pink tiara and the one that says "you don't smell like a princess anymore.
ReplyDelete2 entrys
Here's hoping! Just shared it on my facebook page who has some "uber" runners so I'm guessing they will love them as well! Hope the cab from BLT works out! Cute blog by the way!!!!
ReplyDeleteJust saw all of the saying ones! There are some cute ones in there too! The "i run like a girl one" and the one that says "i'm in it for the bling" Love them!!
ReplyDeleteI think my favorite is a toss up between the pink tiara and the will run for whoopie pies! I sweat a lot and am constantly wiping my face on my shirt. This will be nice and perhaps keep me a bit more "ladylike" when I run :)
ReplyDeleteI follow your blog and am looking forward to the princess half! My favorite is the "will run for sanity" pink ink on navy :)

ReplyDeleteI just started following your blog, I am running my first half in September and then on my way to the Princess half! I think it's a toss up for favorites between the tropical smoothie, a pink tiara and the will run for margaritas... I think I'd have to go with tropical smoothie :)
ReplyDeleteI liked bondi band on facebook and shared via twitter!
Your blog is a lot of fun to read as well as inspiring!! The Bondi Bands sound like a great way to keep the sweat from pouring down my face ... I am using a thin band that doesnt really do the job. I liked on FB and shared your blog on my FB page ... I am torn between "Cupid's Arrow" and "Loco Love." Am going to looks at Bondi Bands tonight at my local running store. The running club I'm joining is having an open house ... so maybe I will be keeping some sweat from my face sooner than later!! I do LOVE your princess one!! Enjoy being crowned as you run in your 5K!!
